Pre-training Learning Needs Analysis

Pre-program Brief
Bay Hewitt will meet with the program manager of the client-company to discuss the needs analysis results, discuss recommendations, if any, and finalize the focal theme of the program. Actual Delivery and Facilitation of the Learning Program

Complete Learning Materials
Bay Hewitt will provide all training materials, including handouts, presentations or tools in CD format, training photos, and high-quality certificates of completion all with a hard board holder – a certificate worth keeping and displaying. Post-training Report
Bay Hewitt will have another meeting with the client-company stakeholders to discuss specific feedback and highlights of the learning program, cite observations, and provide recommendations for follow-up. The post-training report will be useful for your organization to monitor the team’s performance in the short and long-term. You can also use the recommendations to further support the new learning and ensure retention and application.
30-60-90 Day Monitoring
Bay Hewitt will evaluate the effectiveness of the training program using a 30-60-90 day measurement approach. We have a specific toolkit to know how and where we can improve even more. Bay Hewitt is not a train-and-run company. We will be with you every step of the way. If things are not going well, we will partner with you closely.
Refresher Training if Applicable and Needed
Bay Hewitt will provide a half-day refresher training anytime post-45 days from the actual delivery of the program at the request of the client or at Bay Hewitt’s own proactive findings, at no additional expense. If applicable and needed, Bay Hewitt will make sure that your organization is on its way to success by providing a refresher to the trained participants on the program they’ve just attended. There is no additional cost to you.
